hi its Anthony we don't up sell. we check the system for mold inside the ducts, if there is mold we take pictures and show it to the customer and charge if the customer wants to pay for the remediation, we don't know till we open up the hvac unit. our policy is to tell the customer, take pictures let them decide

We hired Anthony Paterno and crew to clean our air ducts before moving into our new house. They were very professional, explained everything to us and did an amazing job, very thorough and even showed us before and after pictures so we could see that they were cleaned thoroughly. While they were cleaning, water began leaking down the side of my house. Anthony came by and investigated for me and noticed that one of the drains at the top of my house hadn't been covered properly. He got a spare part from his truck and climbed up to my roof himself and fixed the issue for me without an extra charge. He also hosed off my house for me where the water was leaking. I had my dryer vent cleaned last year and the year before by professional air duct cleaning companies.  I found my clothes were taking long to dry.  I then made an appt with Anthony Pattern to get my dryer vent cleaned again.  The three guys (Carlos, Jose and Edgardo) did an excellent job.  They were very thorough and professional.  My dryer is on the second floor and vents out through the attic.  They not only cleaned the duct behind the dryer but also went into the attic to clean it also.  They found a lot of lint in the attic duct (obviously not cleaned previously by the other two companies).  I am so happy...my dryer now dries the clothes a lot faster. "Real Deal" When I first moved into my new home 20 years ago, I used a local franchise to clean my air ducts and I thought it was good, except for the fact that my master bedroom was cold in the winter and warm in the summer. Today, Anthony's crew of Luigi and 2 other gentlemen who introduced themselves, but the names escape me showed up ahead of schedule and went to work. I am not kidding when I say that as I was sitting at my counter and texting all my friends saying this company is the real deal as I watched this well oiled machine clean both my air ducts and dryer vent in the process. At every point, Luigi walked me around and showed me everything that they were doing throughout my house and even solved my issue of lack of Heat/AC in the master bedroom, which was due to the previous service(knuckle head) that was done and the service put the vent cover upside down essentially blocking at least 80% of flow into our master bedroom. This company is the real deal, no joke, great marketing and advertising down to the "T". Everything you see Anthony doing on the commercial is what you get with his company. As I am sitting in my nice cool more efficient cool house, I am happy with the choice I made by calling Anthony Paterno air duct cleaning service. After seeing everything that they did, I know that my home will be more efficient in both the winter and summer months with everything that they extracted from the ducts of my home that was built in 1962. If you're thinking of using those big franchise places(Chem, Stan), do yourself a favor and call Anthony Paterno  air duct cleaning service, because you will not regret it.
